There is no way of stopping them - other than to restrict your comments with moderation.
These Comment Trolls are actual people that comment for the purpose of inserting links to their blogs in the comments.
I switched to using the Facebook comment plugin on one of my blogs and have not received any comment trolls in 2 weeks, but that still doesn't make it a full-proof against the them.
All I can say is good luck. Because they won't stop unless you start moderating your comments - which often times keeps genuine comments away.
